These terms govern free analysis, accounts, credits, editing, and export features. They do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Terms version: 2026-08-23.1The business identified below provides the service; a person who uses or purchases it is the user. By creating an account, starting an analysis, or buying a paid feature, you accept the version displayed for that transaction.
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. You are responsible for accurate account and payment-contact information, protecting sign-in links, and activity on your account. Report suspected unauthorized use to support.
İlanaGöre compares your uploaded CV with a job posting and may create evidence-linked edits and cover-letter drafts. Automated checks reduce but cannot eliminate errors. You must verify every statement and make the final submission decision.
An estimated match is not an actual ATS decision, hiring decision, or job-offer guarantee. The service does not promise HR, legal, tax, or career-advisory outcomes.
Upload only CVs, postings, and text you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful content, material infringing another person's rights, malware, or special-category data unnecessary for the service.
You keep ownership of your content and grant only the limited permission needed to provide and secure the service and generate the output you request. See the Data and Privacy Notice for details.
The credit quantity, currency, tax-inclusive total price, and any additional cost applicable at purchase are shown from the active server price book in checkout. This page does not promise a fixed package or price; only the transaction summary displayed and confirmed before payment applies to that purchase.
Card details are not processed on İlanaGöre servers; payment is completed through PayTR. Payment confirmation is required before credits are added to the account.
Credits are a right to use the İlanaGöre features described at checkout; they are not cash, an investment, or a transferable balance. The relevant product screen explains when a credit is consumed before the action. If a technical fault prevents the promised service, support will review the record.
Mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, defective service, non-performance, and refunds remain available. Transaction-specific information and digital-service details appear in the Distance Sale, Cancellation and Refund Pre-Information. Accepting these terms alone is not an advance blanket waiver of withdrawal rights.
You may not bypass security, access another person's account, create excessive automated load, reverse engineer to obtain confidential data, generate deceptive applications, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted for security and legal obligations.
Rights in the İlanaGöre brand, interface, and original software belong to the provider or its licensors. Rights in your uploaded content and lawfully generated output remain protected subject to mandatory law.
The service may change for security, legal, or product reasons. The current version is shown again for each new paid transaction, and no payment session opens without explicit acceptance. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from intent, gross negligence, unlawful personal-data processing, or mandatory consumer law.
Mandatory law and consumer rights at the consumer's place of residence remain unaffected. Depending on the current statutory thresholds, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees, consumer courts, or other competent authorities may be available; dynamic thresholds are not hard-coded here.
