A clear route for cancellation and refund requests.
This page summarizes the request channel and basic process. It does not restrict mandatory consumer rights; transaction-specific pre-information is also provided before payment.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Under the general rule for distance contracts, a consumer may have fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty, depending on the legal nature of the transaction.
Statutory exceptions for a service performed immediately in electronic form or begun at the consumer's request before the withdrawal period ends apply only where the required pre-information and separate-consent conditions are actually met. Accepting the Terms alone is not an advance blanket waiver for all transactions.
How to submit a request
Send the account email address, order number, and a short explanation to support. Additional verification may be requested for security; never send a full card number or sensitive payment credential.
Review and refund method
Credit use, performance status, a possible technical fault or defect, and mandatory law are reviewed. Where a refund is due, it is sent to the original payment instrument in the legally required time and manner.
Posting time controlled by a bank or payment institution may vary. Mandatory remedies remain available for a service not supplied or materially inconsistent with what was promised.
