Pre-information version: 2026-08-23.1The provider of the distance service contract is the business whose legal name and contact details appear below. Complaints, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund notices may be sent to support; privacy and legal requests may be sent to the legal-contact address.
The product is a one-time digital-service package providing the number of İlanaGöre application credits shown in checkout. Credits are used for features described on screen, such as CV–job analysis, evidence-linked application drafts, editing, or export.
AI-supported output may contain errors and must be verified by the user. An estimated match is not an actual ATS result, hiring decision, or job-offer guarantee.
Before the payment button, checkout displays the transaction-specific credit quantity, package characteristics, currency, tax-inclusive total price, and any delivery or other additional cost from the active server price book. This page is not a current price list and promises no fixed amount.
If checkout shows no additional İlanaGöre cost, İlanaGöre does not add one later. Charges or rules arising solely from the user's agreement with their bank or card issuer are outside İlanaGöre's control.
Payment is made through PayTR using the methods displayed. Card details do not enter İlanaGöre servers. An order is confirmed only by the payment provider's signed notification; a failed or unverified payment creates no credit entitlement.
Once payment is verified, purchased credits are added to the account and can be used for the relevant digital features. Results caused by inaccurate or incomplete user content may not constitute a defective service; mandatory remedies remain available for a service not technically supplied or materially inconsistent with what was promised.
Under the general rule in Turkish distance-contract law, a consumer may have fourteen days to withdraw without reason or penalty. The applicable period and start point depend on the legal nature of the transaction.
Exceptions for services performed immediately in electronic form or begun before the withdrawal period ends at the consumer's request apply only where all required pre-information and separate-consent conditions are actually met. Checking the Terms and this Pre-Information is not, by itself, a blanket waiver for every future transaction.
Send the email associated with the order and the order number to support. Identity verification may be requested for security; never email a full card number or sensitive payment credential.
Credit use, performance status, any defect, and mandatory law are reviewed. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment instrument in the legally required time and manner. Posting time controlled by a bank or payment institution may vary.
Mandatory remedies—including re-performance where applicable, price reduction, termination, or compensation—remain available according to the facts and law. Support first reviews order and generation records for a system fault; this does not remove access to statutory authorities.
You may first contact support. If unresolved, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees, consumer courts, or other competent authorities may be available under the current monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Thresholds that change over time are not hard-coded in this document.
Checkout displays two separate, unchecked controls: acceptance of the current Terms and confirmation that this Pre-Information was received. The server requires affirmative confirmation and the current version of both documents before opening a payment session; missing or stale versions fail closed.
This technical check is not a durable contract/evidence ledger. Before paid launch, counsel must approve the required acceptance record, retention period, and whether a separate immediate-performance request is necessary.
